How the process works

Pyrolysis breaks down organic waste in an oxygen-limited environment, producing usable fractions instead of ash and emissions from incineration.

Feedstock

Mixed plastics and other hard-to-recycle streams that mechanical recycling rejects.

Thermal decomposition

Controlled multi-zone heating in a tapered stainless chamber drives the reaction without oxygen.

Fraction recovery

Oils, solid char, and residual metals are separated for further use or sale.

Heat reuse

Energy recovered from the process is banked and returned to reduce net energy demand.

Building the V2 prototype

The second-generation unit centers on a tapered stainless-steel reaction chamber with multi-zone temperature control and integrated heat recovery. Design work is active in FreeCAD; materials sourcing and assembly planning are underway.
